We've been having fun watching these old Participation commercials on youtube. It seems they stopped showing them in the late 90's and have recently begun remaking these motivational health promotion videos.  This is is one of the early ones but the new one's a great too.

This retro video starring Phillip Zimbardo is an interesting look at "the self" from a psychological perspective. There may be a few tips to pick up in here. The way we present ourselves is interpreted by those around us which then reinforces our self perceptions.
