55 minute individual sessions CAD $185

80 minute individual sessions CAD $260

110 minute individual sessions CAD $350

Couples Sessions

Fees have been adjusted to reflect inflation for new clients from November 1 2026.

Current clients will keep the previous rates and will move to the new rates after January 1 2027.

If you do not have insurance and cost is a barrier to getting care please reach out to discuss options. I hold a limited number of reduced fee spots for people who are facing financial hardship and have a waitlist when this is not available.

Extended Health Plan Coverage

Every insurance plan is different and will provide different levels of coverage. If you require coverage for sessions please contact your plan provider before your first session to ensure that your plan covers sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).

My membership number with BCACC is #15256. 

As I cannot be sure of your insurance plan, coverage and reimbursements are considered each individuals personal responsibility.

- 48 hour cancellation notice is required for rescheduling. Sessions cancelled without adequate notice will be charged.

To ensure I can be fully present for each individual my calendar is limited to a small number of appointments per day.

When clients make appointments they do so with the knowledge that this time is set aside just for them. The online app you book through will send reminders as a courtesy to ensure you can provide adequate notice and avoid a penalty should you need to reschedule.

The cancellation policy is not meant as a barrier to help seeking or as a punishment, but exists out of respect for my time and for others who may have booked that session time.
